AEW revealed that they were working on a console game, but we haven’t had any additional information on the game since some footage of Darby Allin was shared a few months ago.
Coincidentally, Darby is the one who provided a minor update on the game’s progress today, as he shared a photo of him on a skateboard, claiming he was recording audio for the new AEW video game.

It is unknown what the audio of Darby on his skateboard will be used for. Perhaps his entrance, a cutscene, or maybe we can use the skateboard as a weapon.
AEW World Champion Kenny Omega spoke recently about how the team can’t commit to an official release date, as they are still working on character models.
Darby Allin is set to face Daniel Garcia on tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
