Darby Allin Reveals Physical Recovery Process After AEW Matches AEW

Former AEW World Tag Team Champion Darby Allin has detailed how he deals with physical recovery.

Darby Allin has made a name for himself by taking risks and putting his body on the line in different reckless ways in the ring.

After so many wild bumps through his run in All Elite Wrestling, many fans have to wonder how Allin takes care of his body.

Appearing on the latest edition of A Meal And A Match, Darby Allin revealed that he has a whole room dedicated to recovery in his house. Detailing his recovery room, he said:

“It’s so insane, my whole downstairs is like a laboratory. I’m friends with DDP and he’s got all of this state of the art physical recovery stuff at his house.”

“I’ll go up and try it out and now I’ve got two ice baths at my house. I got saunas, breathing machines, I got everything because I want to be crazy for as long as possible.”

“But, the mind is also a big thing, so I started TMmeditation. It’s like a big thing where it kind of goes to the source of thought, where it actually helps me get more creative.”

“You wake up in the morning and it’s like, ‘I’ve got to do this, I got to do that’, and it just really puts you at balance if you’re stressing. You can handle a lot.”

Darby Allin last wrestled in a tag team match alongside Orange Cassidy against PAC and Claudio Castagnoli of The Death Riders on the November 6 episode of AEW Dynamite.

Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes believes Allin could be “The Face of AEW,” which you can read at this link here.
