WWE legend Dave Bautista (Batista) has provided an update on his potential future involvement with the company.
Batista last wrestled back at WrestleMania 35 in 2019, where he was defeated by Triple H, and has since continued to grow his career in Hollywood, with his latest movie, The Killer’s Game, set to release this week.
With his Hollywood career continuing to grow, Batista hasn’t made many appearances for WWE since his retirement, but he has made sure to leave the door open for potential future involvement in the future.
Speaking to BuzzFeed Celeb, Batista was asked what he would be doing if he wasn’t an actor.
He said:
“I would still be involved with WWE, I hope. Because I really loved it. It wasn’t that I ever wanted to not be a part of that universe because I love the WWE Universe. It was just that I became so passionate about acting, and I’m still pursuing it with everything I have, but I still love that world.
“I have a good relationship with the company. I hope that they would always leave the door open for me because I just love professional wrestling.”
