DDP Reveals He Has Likely Wrestled His Last Match WWE

In an era where you can truly expect the unexpected in the wrestling industry, could we see a return to the ring for Diamond Dallas Page (DDP)?

Probably not according to a new interview DDP conducted with Fightful.

According to the report released on Fightful Select, Page informed them that while he still has a goal to land a Diamond Cutter on an opponent at age 70, (He is turning 66 next month) his January 2020 match on AEW Dynamite was likely his last.

DDP also mentioned that when he discovered Dynamite was going to be on TNT, he pitched the match to Cody Rhodes when he realized that he could wrestle across a staggering six decades in the industry.

Elsewhere in the interview, Page stated that he believed Bryan Danielson is the best wrestler in the world.

While DDP may have wrestled his last match, Bryan Danielson will be in competition this Sunday at AEW Revolution taking on another WWE alum, Jon Moxley in what is sure to be a brutal battle. Elsewhere on the card, the AEW World Championship is on the line when champion Hangman Adam Page defends against Adam Cole. You can view the entire match card here.
