Dean Ambrose WWE RETURN SOON?! WWE Injury A FAKE?! | WrestleTalk News

Dean Ambrose WWE Return Update

Dean Ambrose injured his tricep and underwent surgery at the end of 2017 – putting him out for an estimated nine months. But despite PWInsider’s earlier reports of Ambrose returning late in the Summer, Wrestling Observer Radio are now reporting he could come back any time now. And SummerSlam is just around the corner.

Some wrestling injuries take months or even years to recover from…

Lars Sullivan Injury A Work

…but if you’re NXT comic book muscle drawing Lars Sullivan, you’ve probably healed before it even happened.

Following his loss to Aleister Black at NXT TakeOver: Chicago, WWE revealed that Sullivan had suffered a broken jaw and would be undergoing surgery to repair it – even going so far to release x-ray images of the injury.

According to the Wrestling Observer, though, it’s all just a good old fashioned pro wrestling work, with NXT “keeping him off shows for a while to sell the injury as legit.”

Impact Wrestling Sells Out Slammiversary

What is reportedly legit, though, is Impact Wrestling selling out their Slammiversary pay-per-view for this weekend, with the only tickets now available for the following nights’ TV tapings on ShopImpact.com.

This is a great sign for the steady rebuilding of IMPACT under the direction of Don Callis – I salute you, Don Callis – with the show estimated to hold around 2,000 fans for the event, and a stacked card including an International four way between Rich Swann, Johnny Impact, Taiji Ishimori and Fenix, Pentagon Jr vs Sami Callihan and Austin Aries vs Moose.
