Sami Zayn Injured?

Speaking of legitimate badasses, though you wouldn’t think so the way WWE had him smiling every time he comes out, Bobby Lashley.

Wee Bobby boy may have quite handily beaten Sami Zayn at Money in the Bank, but fortunately for friends of the former El Generico, there may have been a reason for this domination, other than WWE messing with Zayn and all of the fans.

Unfortunately the reason is that Zayn is reported by PWInsider to have been wrestling through injuries. Sad time, helluva sad time.

The Pro Wrestling Sheet confirmed a report that the match at Money in the Bank was his last date before taking some time off to recuperate.

Zayn was not backstage at Monday’s Raw and is reported to be travelling to Birmingham Alabama this week to be examined for knee and shoulder injuries.

Hopefully it won’t take much for him to be back and on top form: a little R&R,  better storylines, to never mention the Lashley thing again – I’m just thinking out loud here.
