Details Behind Why Lady Frost Asked For Release From IMPACT Wrestling IMPACT Wrestling

Details behind why Lady Frost made a release request with IMPACT Wrestling has been revealed.

Lady Frost publicly asked for her release from IMPACT two months ago via social media, but it seems like the company still haven’t granted it as of yet and will likely not at all.

Fightful Select (subscription required) reports that IMPACT sources initially confirmed that Lady Frost’s release has not been provided and the star isn’t being used nor paid per the terms of her deal.

Frost is on an exclusive paid-per-appearance deal with IMPACT Wrestling, and only gets paid when she is used.

The IMPACT star needed to schedule a medical procedure earlier this year and had informed the company’s management of such and that she would be sidelined. However, Frost was still booked for the Dallas tapings in April without hotel or flight accommodations and ended up paying out of pocket.

After that, Lady Frost made IMPACT management aware of her need for the aforementioned procedure after appearing at those tapings.

Frost was left in the dark about her status while she was sidelined, and was told she wouldn’t be used in the immediate future.

The reports notes that Frost has made it clear via numerous avenues that she wishes to be released, and requested that release directly to Anthem’s President and CEO Leonard Asper.

There were also issues raised as far as how much Lady Frost was paid, compared to the costs of performing at IMPACT tapings.

There were also other reimbursements for things like blood work that she says were not provided, which IMPACT Wrestling was supposed to.

When Frost asked for her release, she was asked if she wanted to sit out for the duration of her contract, which would leave her unpaid for over two years.

We will have further updates on Lady Frost’s status with IMPACT Wrestling when they become available.
