In his speech when introducing the truly hideous 24/7 Championship on last night’s Raw, Mick Foley explained that anyone from Raw, SmackDown, 205 Live, NXT or NXT UK could win the championship.
What he didn’t make clear was whether the belt was open to people from both the male and female roster. Given that the belt is basically there for comedy purposes, it would make sense for literally anyone to be able to win it, surely?
Well we may be one step closer to that answer as Mickie James, who is now going under #TheMilf moniker, challenged current 24/7 Champion R-Truth on Twitter.
Truthie!!! ? 1… 2… #TheMilf is coming for you… 3… 4… yo a$$ is gonna be sore… 5… 6… gonna kick you in the…. stick… 7… 8… ain’t I great… 9… 10 Imma be a champ again! #247milf ps… you can keep that lil ditty in your back pocket for a remix if ya like

Hopefully it is the case and women can compete for it. While the belt is pretty unattractive, there is at least scope for some fun segments and champions to be crowned along the way.
Think positive.
