WWE cannibalised it’s pay-per-view business back in 2014 with the advent of the WWE Network, which went on to become a big success for the company.
WWE eventually sold the rights to the network to Peacock in the United States, making the NBC streaming platform the new home of the WWE network in the USA, while overseas fans still had the WWE Network.
Back in January, WWE and Disney Plus announced a deal that would see the WWE Network find it’s home on the platform in Indonesia, and another country has now joined them.
Per Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, Disney Plus and WWE Network have reached an agreement to air content in the Philippines, which is said to be a successful market for Raw and SmackDown.
The service is set to launch on November 17.
