WWE Star Compares Backstage Environments Under Vince McMahon & Triple H

WWE Raw star Dominik Mysterio has compared the Vince McMahon and Triple H regimes, following McMahon’s return to the company.

Triple H took over WWE creative as the company’s Chief Content Officer in July 2022, following Vince McMahon’s retirement announcement.

Many have praised WWE TV since Triple H started overseeing the creative product.

Speaking on K100 w/ Konnan & Disco, Dominik Mysterio noted that he hasn’t really noticed a difference in how things are done since the management change.

Admitting that the backstage environment is significantly different however, Dominik said:

“Not really (if there’s a difference in how Vince McMahon wanted things done from Dominik versus how Paul Levesque wants things done).

“It’s all very different environment from when Vince wanted a certain thing to with Hunter, and he’s out and if you have a question, he’s out walking around and you can go up to him.

“It was very rare when you saw Vince because he was always in his office. But it kind of just depends on how you look at it. For me, it’s all the same. I just show up to have some fun.”

Vince McMahon recently returned to the WWE board of directors, with the company now receiving advice about a potential sale.

Former WWE co-CEO and Chairwoman Stephanie McMahon publicly announced her resignation on January 10, fuelling rumors that she opposed the sale.
