Dominik Mysterio Says His ‘Bum Is Sore’ After His Father Whooped Him At WrestleMania

Dominik Mysterio says his “bum is sore” after his father whooped him at WrestleMania 39.

After months of buildup, Rey Mysterio defeated Dominik Mysterio at WrestleMania 39. Not only did Rey get the win over his son, but he also got to give Dom a well deserved whipping with his belt.

Speaking to Greg & The Morning Buzz, Dominik was asked if he was sore after his encounter with his father. He replied:

“My bum is.”

While the story has continued on the Raw After Mania with Dominik attacking his father and getting into a confrontation with Bad Bunny, the father vs. son feud has become one of the most compelling in wrestling on the road to WrestleMania.

When asked if he’s living his dream being in the position he’s in, Dom answered:

“I’m living my absolute dream and I wouldn’t change it for the world. What kid doesn’t dream of whooping his dad’s ass in front of 80,000 people?”

On Monday, Dom and his Judgment Day stablemate Damian Priest got physical with Grammy winner Bad Bunny after he got involved in Mysterio’s WrestleMania bout.

When asked about the incident that ended with Bunny being driven through the commentary table, Dom said:

“He punched me in the face first. Someone had to do something.”
