Following Dominik Mysterio’s NXT North American Championship win over Wes Lee, it seems as if he may already have challengers knocking on his door.

While former champion Wes Lee, as well as previous number one contender Mustafa Ali, are sure to vie for a shot at ‘Dirty’ Dom in the near future, their may be another rising NXT star that has beaten them to the punch.

Taking to Twitter, Dragon Lee made his intentions clear for a North American Title shot, saying:

Hey @DomMysterio35 i accept the challenge

In a post-match interview, Dom hailed his undefeated 2-0 record on Tuesday nights thus far, so it seems as if Dragon Lee looks intent to put that ‘dominance’ to the test in the near future.

Wes Lee’s loss has thrown the previously announced North American Title match between himself and Mustafa Ali into question for NXT Great American Bash on July 30, so we’ll keep you updated with any news on what the plans are when they become clearer.
