Dragon Lee has hinted that he will make his WWE debut soon, following his high profile signing with the company.
After the luchador announced that he was WWE-bound at an AAA show in December 2022, WWE began to tout Dragon Lee as a high profile signing.
Despite this, Lee hasn’t wrestled for WWE since joining the company.
Dave Meltzer recently reported that visa issues are keeping Lee from appearing on WWE TV in the US.
Following this report, Lee took to Twitter to indicate that his WWE in-ring debut will happen sooner rather than later, writing:
Very soon 🙏🏻
Dragon Lee recently made an appearance via video on La Previa de WWE, where he spoke about his signing with the company.
Lee’s contract is reportedly for ‘high tier’ NXT money, but less than the average WWE main roster contract.
The luchador has made a name for himself around the world, previously holding gold for the likes of AAA, CMLL, ROH and NJPW.
Following Lee signing with WWE, the company is reportedly looking to make more ‘high quality‘ signings.
Very soon 🙏🏻
