Drake Maverick has had a tough few weeks. Whether he’s been hunting R-Truth and the 24/7 Championship or losing the title at his own wedding, it has been a struggle.
Maverick briefly held the belt after winning it on the June 18 edition of SmackDown Live, but only managed to hold onto it for three days, as R-Truth appeared at his wedding and pinned him before running away.
This past week on SmackDown, Maverick was consoled by R-Truth and admitted the loss of the belt had ruined his marriage.
Thankfully, it seems that Drake and his wife Renee Michelle have had a chat and made amends, because she has just announced that they are finally going on their honeymoon.
