Ahead of Bad Blood, former World Heavyweight Champion Drew McIntyre has shared his hope for next WWE feud after CM Punk.
At WWE Bad Blood 2024, Drew McIntyre will face CM Punk in a Hell In A Cell Match. This bout will culminate 10-month rivalry that started when McIntyre injured Punk in the Men’s Royal Rumble match in January.
With this program about to be blown off inside Hell In A Cell, some fans are wondering what will be next for both men following this.
Speaking with Rick Ucchino of The Takedown on Sports Illustrated, Drew McIntyre shared his hope for next WWE feud after CM Punk. He said:
“Whatever I do next, I’ve already told [WWE creative] you’re not gonna find something like this, because this is legitimate hatred, but I better have something I can buy into.”
“That’s based in truth. That I can really have fun with, because you see what can happen if you give me something I truly believe in.”
McIntyre and Punk will be in the building for this Monday’s September 30 edition of WWE Raw ahead of their third encounter together.
