Drew McIntyre Inducted Into Wrestling Hall Of Fame Ahead Of WWE Clash At The Castle WWE

WWE’s Drew McIntyre has been inducted into the Scottish Wrestling Hall of Fame ahead of Clash at the Castle in Glasgow.

WWE is set to host it’s first premium live event in Scotland this weekend, when Clash at the Castle takes over the OVO Hydro in Glasgow.

The show will be headlined by Scotsman Drew McIntyre challenging Damian Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship in his home country, looking to correct his defeat at the first Clash at the Castle event in Cardiff in 2022.

Ahead of his World Heavyweight Championship match on the show, McIntyre was inducted into the Scottish Wrestling Hall of Fame today, making him the first active wrestler to be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Drew’s Hall of Fame plaque is set to be displayed in the OVO Hydro, the site of this weekend’s Clash at the Castle event.

During his trip back to Glasgow, WWE also shared a video of Drew at Ibrox Stadium, the home of Rangers FC, which you can see here.
