Drew McIntyre Vs Madcap Moss Set For WWE Day 1

…yes, you read that title correctly. WWE has announced that Drew McIntyre will face off with Madcap Moss at WWE Day 1.

On last week’s (December 10) episode of SmackDown, Drew McIntyre stuck his sword in Adam Pearce’s desk prior to his match with Sheamus. Madcap Moss and Happy Corbin then stole the desk with the sword in it.

Drew retrieved his sword on tonight’s show, and looked for Moss and Corbin backstage. Megan Morant found Corbin and Moss hiding, where Corbin revealed that Drew will face Madcap at the pay-per-view.

WWE Day 1 is set to stream live on New Year’s Day 2022 on the WWE Network and Peacock in the United States.
