Top WWE Star Has New ‘Movie Role’

A top WWE star reportedly has an upcoming movie role that he was away filming last week.

Former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre has been all over the world the past few weeks, from episodes of SmackDown in the United States, to the WWE European Tour in Germany and Switzerland.

McIntyre was also in Saudi Arabia for the WWE Crown Jewel event on November 5, from where he immediately flew out to India.

Drew had been in India for WWE-related appearances, but it was not known exactly what he was doing there.

Per PWInsider, McIntyre’s incredible schedule has led to a lot of people in the company praising his commitment.

PWInsider also went on to note that Drew was filming a ‘movie role’ in India which was set up by WWE with Sony.

It has not yet been revealed what the movie role that McIntyre was filming will entail, or when or if we will see the Scottish Warrior on the big screen.

Drew was featured in the closing moments of last week’s SmackDown show, where he aligned with the Brawling Brutes to fight off the Bloodline, seemingly setting up the WarGames main event of Survivor Series next weekend.
