Drew McIntyre has sent a final ominous message to CM Punk ahead of their highly anticipated match at WWE SummerSlam 2024.
After almost an entire year of build up, we will finally get the chance to see CM Punk and Drew McIntyre settle the score with one another inside a WWE ring in Cleveland, OH at SummerSlam.
The match will not only be the blow-off to a bitter blood feud but also a historically significant, as it represents Punk’s first televised WWE singles match in over 10 years.
While fans of the Best in the World will be hoping for the match to be the first of many in this second WWE run, McIntyre on the other hand has other ideas.
Taking to Twitter, McIntyre sent an ominous warning to Punk where he vowed that their match at SummerSlam would be Punk’s last of his illustrious career.
McIntyre wrote, alongside a hype package for the SummerSlam match:
CM Punk’s first WWE singles match in 10 years.
CM Punk’s last ever match.
Punk vs. McIntyre is one of seven bouts to take place at the Cleveland Browns Stadium – with six WWE championships set to be contested on the night.
