Seth Rollins Next WWE World Title Feud Revealed? WWE

A WWE Raw star has stated their intention to challenge for Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins’ World Heavyweight Champion in the near future.

Since being drafted to Raw this April, McIntyre hasn’t had too much singles success, falling to Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER at SummerSlam and forming as a tag-team with Matt Riddle.

Despite this however, McIntyre believes that if he can gain some momentum on the red brand, another run with a top belt will be in his future.

Speaking to Essentially Sports, Drew McIntyre revealed that his goal is to return to the top of the mountain once again and claim a world title for the first time since February 2021.

McIntyre said:

“I want to make sure I get on a good run and earn the right to fight for the world title with Seth, and hopefully, get the right to become world champion once again.”

McIntyre’s last push for a world championship came a year ago at WWE Clash at the Castle in September 2022, where he unsuccessfully challenged for Roman Reigns’ Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

Despite having the match won in front of the UK crowd, a debuting Solo Sikoa would interfere in the title bout to save Reigns’ title reign.

Although the Bloodline has changed significantly since then, McIntyre has had a tough time letting go of his past run-ins with the group, with a moment from this past week’s Raw (September 4) demonstrating this.

McIntyre engaged in a tense stare down with Jey Uso on Raw, until Sami Zayn intervened.

The Scottish Warrior recently addressed this moment and revealed his current feelings about ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso, click here to read on.
