There has been an update on Drew McIntyre’s WWE return following his Hell In A Cell match with CM Punk at Bad Blood.

Drew McIntyre has not appeared on WWE television since his defeat in the match, with him coming off one of the best runs of his WWE career.

There has been a lot of speculation of what Drew may end up doing upon his return to WWE TV, as well as when it may happen, and there has been an update on his return.

Per PWInsider, creative discussions have started in regards to when and how Drew McIntyre will make his return to WWE television.

PWInsider was told that nothing has yet been set in stone, but there has been some pitches and conversation as to what his direction will be.

Drew required 16 staples after his Hell In A Cell match with CM Punk at Bad Blood, as well as him taking some extended time off to attend to family matters.

Drew isn’t the only name that has been pitched for a return recently, as WWE has also reportedly been discussing a potential return for Alexa Bliss after almost two years away.
