Dustin Rhodes Tells Upset AEW Talent To ‘Get The F**k Out’ AEW

Dustin Rhodes has weighed in with his thoughts on the rumors that several members of the AEW roster are unhappy in the promotion.

The most high profile example of this is MJF, but more recently, the likes of Miro and Andrade El Idolo have given clues that they’re not particularly pleased with how they’re being used.

Speaking at Terrificon 2022, Dustin Rhodes reiterated Tony Khan’s recent comments that many names are tied down to multi-year contracts so they can’t just decide they want to leave and go to WWE all of a sudden, but if their contracts come up and they’re not happy in AEW, Rhodes has no problem with them going elsewhere to try something new.

He said:

“If you don’t like the current atmosphere, that’s a personal issue. You need to move on. Maybe they’ll do something different with you over there, you know what I mean?

“I think it’s going to be a change slowly with Triple H at the helm but it’s gonna be a good change, it’s not gonna be a bad change and if not… it’s gonna be a little bit of the same plus a little more wrestling I would say, a little more storytelling which will be great for the business and great for wrestling fans.

“Yeah, I mean you got so many places you can go now. But two places that really, really stand out are ours and theirs. You have to want one of those two and whatever you do, just make the best of it.

“If your contract’s up and you’ve had enough with AEW, go, get the f**k out.”

Despite his brother Cody recently leaving AEW and heading to WWE, Dustin has said fairly recently that he’s happy in AEW and doesn’t want to leave.

Dustin works as a coach to the AEW women’s division as well as an active member of the roster, with his most recent match being the Royal Rampage on June 29.
