EC3 was called up to the main roster in December 2018 as one of the six NXT stars who were “on their way to WWE”. Since then, the former TNA star has done nothing of note on the main roster, besides a mini-feud with Dean Ambrose (now AEW and NJPW’s Jon Moxley).
EC3 is one of the best talkers in the business, but was given the role of a mute by WWE in the early stages of his main roster run. The charismatic performer is now floundering in the 24/7 Championship picture as part of Raw’s lower mid card.
EC3 has been seen looking bored out of his mind on WWE TV, and a recent clip shared by @kayfabeftw on Twitter compares the drastic differences between EC3’s entrance at an NXT Takeover last year, and his entrance on Main Event this week.

You’ve got to feel bad for EC3. After leaving WWE the first time around, EC3 got into insane shape and became one of the most important and significant fixtures in TNA for many years. After being re-signed by WWE in 2018, he is right back at square one, and clearly unhappy.
