ECW legend Taz has been announced for AEW Dynamite on January 1, 2020. This will be his first appearance on Dynamite.

Taz previously made an appearance as a guest commentator on an episode of AEW Dark. Dark has been rotating through guest commentators but he was one of the first guests.
It is currently unknown what role he will play on the program. There have been other matches and segments announced for Dynamite, but usually when a legend is brought in they have been brutalized. Look no further than the Rock ‘N’ Roll Express and Diamond Dallas Page.
