Eddie Kingston, Swerve Strickland & Takeshita All Scheduled To Appear For DEFY Wrestling DEFY Wrestling

A massive, two night event set to take place over July 16 & July 17 as major talent from All Elite Wrestling heads to Seattle for the Pacific Northwest promotion DEFY Wrestling’s upcoming events, The World Is Yours.

Eddie Kingston has been announced as scheduled to appear both nights of the event, with Swerve Strickland also making an appearance at the Saturday show, tagging with AEW’s Christopher Daniels to take on C4.

Also set to appear, Konosuke Takeshita will take on SCHAFF and appearances announced for Ethan HD, C4, Midnight Heat, Vixen, Christopher Daniels, the Bollywood Boyz, Davey Richards and Big Damo.

Tickets are still available (with very few remaining for Saturday but you could still snag an actual seat for Sunday!) by clicking here.

The events come just a week removed from a Seattle area signing featuring Darby Allin who was at a local mall to do an autograph signing and fans got more action than they bargained for, being treated to a run-in attack from Brody King, who powerbombed Allin through his own merch table.

On a recent appearance on Swerve Strickland’s podcast, Tony Khan had the following to say about bringing a major show to the Pacific Northwest after previous reports suggested Khan blocked Bryan Danielson from appearing for the local promotion as to not spoil the experience for the longtime, hometown crowds who adore him, saying:

“Very soon, it’s something I’m looking at. When we come, we’re gonna come with some major show, major event. I would bring a major show there.

“So I’m not saying… is a major show a pay-per-view, or is it really big like a Fyter Fest? Or an Anniversary show or Fight for the Fallen, one of the big events, a Beach Break, it’d be a huge show.”

The greater Pacific Northwest including Seattle. Portland and Vancouver, British Columbia shall continue to patiently await further announcements from Tony Khan.
