Eric Bischoff WWE Return Confirmed

Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff will be making his return to WWE, as announced via a video appearance tonight.

During a segment with NXT Champion Trick Williams and Ridge Holland tonight, Eric Bischoff appeared on the video screen.

Bischoff stated that he’ll be appearing in-person on NXT next week, seemingly offering something that will spice things up between Williams and Holland.

Williams and Holland will have a match against each other the following Saturday at Deadline for Williams’ NXT Championship.

Eric Bischoff isn’t the only Hall of Famer set for next week’s WWE NXT though.

Sean Waltman, otherwise known as X-Pac, tweeted:

Hey @ShawnMichaels, Next week’s nXt show looks too good to miss.

I’m coming to Orlando to watch it live!

Next week’s show will feature two ‘last chance’ four-way matches with the losers of the initial Iron Survivor Challenge qualifiers.

So for the men, it’ll be Cedric Alexander vs Eddy Thorpe vs Lexis King vs Axiom, and for the women it’s Jaida Parker vs Cora Jade vs Wren Sinclair vs Kelani Jordan.

The already qualified Iron Survivor Challenge participants are Nathan Frazer, Wes Lee, Je’Von Evans and Ethan Page for the men, and Zaria, Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer and Sol Ruca for the women.

Also set for next week’s WWE NXT is a tag team battle royal to determine challengers for NXT Tag Team Champions Nathan Frazer and Axiom at Deadline, which means Frazer and potentially Axiom will be working two matches.
