WWE NXT North American Champion Ethan Page has reacted to an AAA champion sending him a warning message at No Mercy.

Ethan Page had a good night on September 27, defeating Tavion Heights to retain his North American Title.

His celebrations were cut short by El Hijo Del Dr Wagner Jr, with the AAA Latin American Champion making an appearance via video.

During this video appearance, El Hijo Del Dr Wagner Jr said:

“All Ego Ethan Page. Ethan, Ethan, Ethan. Ethan, you think you should be Latin American Champion?

“You want me so bad? Well, I have eyes on your North American Title. And I’ll see you real, real soon.”

The segment ended with the luchador doing a hand gesture, taunting Page.

Ethan Page has now taken to Twitter to respond, re-sharing the video of El Hijo Del Dr Wagner Jr’s promo.

In the caption, Page included a GIF of him mocking the AAA Latin American Champion’s taunt, which you can view below.

Ethan Page notably challenged for El Hijo Del Dr Wagner Jr’s gold at the September 12 Worlds Collide event in a four-way match also including Dragon Lee and JD McDonagh.

Dragon Lee is now slated to challenge for Dominik Mysterio’s AAA Mega Championship at the October 25 Heroes Immortales event.
