The wait for Eva Marie is over as she is set to make her official return on tonight’s episode of Raw.
WWE has announced that she will be wrestling former SmackDown Women’s Champion Naomi on tonight’s show. This will be her first match since 2016. Here is the official preview for the match from WWE.com:
“The wait is over! Eva Marie will make her highly anticipated in-ring return tonight against Naomi. How will Eva fare against the glow of the two-time SmackDown Women’s Champion? Is WWE ready for Eva-lution?”
WWE has been promoting Eva Marie’s return for the last several weeks. She has been saying that her return will be the start of the Eva-Lution. During her last run with the company, she would run out on her matches before they could start for a variety of reasons.
This is now the third match announced for tonight’s episode of Raw. The announced card for the show is as follows:
- New Day vs. RKBro
- AJ Styles vs. Drew McIntyre
- Eva Marie vs. Naomi
