Stars from the past and stars from NXT took part in both the men’s and women’s Rumble matches with some very notable names popping up. Here we will provide a breakdown of which surprise entrants showed up, when they showed up and who eliminated them.

Women’s Royal Rumble Match:

Far fewer surprises in the men’s match but what surprises they were. Edge and MVP returned after nearly a decade away from WWE and Matt Riddle and Keith Lee made their first main roster appearances since Survivor Series.
