After weeks away from the show, Excalibur was announced to return to AEW commentary. Many expected this to be on AEW: Dynamite.
However, he didn’t appear on the main show. Instead, AEW went with Jim Ross, Tony Schiavone, and Jim Ross.
Excalibur did however appear on AEW: Dark. This comes after he was kept off the show following the reemergence of past clips of him using the n-word.
Jim Ross posted a picture earlier today on Twitter of the AEW broadcast team. It would appear that this would be the team for tonight’s episode of Dynamite. Those pictured in the tweet were Ross himself, Tony Schiavone, Justin Roberts, and Excalibur. Here is the tweet:

Taz has primarily been filling in on commentary for the last few weeks. The times he hasn’t have been when the wrestlers he is managing were involved with segments. Taz has been a featured voice of AEW Dark so it is no surprise he has been used on Dynamite heavily.
