AEW
With a big battle between some of AEW’s hardest hitters, tonight’s Face of the Revolution Ladder Match took place on Dynamite for the first time.
Typically reserved for the AEW Revolution pay-per-view itself, while that card is already stacked tonight’s ladder match got plenty of time to shine.
With massive moves from everyone involved, the match was truly one that needs to be seen to be believed with wild spots throughout.
With big moves from the likes of Sammy Guevara, Action Andretti, Komander and Konosuke Takeshita, it was finally another monster who would emerge victorious.
In the final sequence, Powerhouse Hobbs knocked Takeshita off of the ladder with such force that it completely bent the ladder, rending it nearly useless.
However in lieu of grabbing another, Hobbs continued his ascent and eventually captured the gold ring and became the winner of the Face of the Revolution Ladder Match.
Elsewhere Orange Cassidy defended his AEW All Atlantic Championship to kick off the show. with another planned for tonight’s AEW Dynamite, the FTW Championship will also be on the line when HOOK takes on Matt Hardy.
