Fan Favourite AEW Star Gives Insight On Potential Future Heel Character

AEW star Willow Nightingale has very quickly become a beloved member of the AEW roster in recent months.

Willow has captured the heart of the AEW Galaxy due to her captivating personality and infectious energy.

Every wrestler, unless you’re Ricky Steamboat or Rey Mysterio, has to have a heel run at some point, and just what would heel Willow Nightingale look like?

Well, Willow spoke to Grapsody, where she detailed what her future heel character would look like.

She said:

“I think, probably something in the vain of Sami Zayn. Someone who is kind of like a mischievous little goofy person. I’m a human being, I have a range of emotions besides happy and goofy.

“I do think there could be a side of me that is very much kick ass, more inspired by like Awesome Kong, Monster Ripper [Rhonda Sing], huge Joshi mark over here. Bull Nakano, Aja Kong, all these big bad ass women who rip people apart is another side of me that we could possibly see in the future.

“I don’t know, that’s not my natural demeanor, but there is a time and place for everything in this life.”

Willow officially signed to the company on the October 21 episode of AEW Rampage.
