With WrestleMania 39 just a week away, the card for the event is now set for the show.
The weekend kicks off with ‘WrestleMania SmackDown’ next Friday, which will feature the final face to face between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns before the show.
Also set for the show is the annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, with the full line up announced for the match on last night’s show.
Fans took to Twitter shortly after the announcement, reacting to the field for the match, specifically Bobby Lashley and LA Knight.
Lashley was originally set to face off with Bray Wyatt on the show, with Bray sidelined due to illness, the match has seemingly been scrapped with Lashley in the Battle Royal.
LA Knight has been promising an ‘LA Knight moment’ for the show, with speculation of a potential match or segment with Steve Austin happening on the show.
It’s worth noting that Lashley and LA Knight’s appearances in the match don’t necessarily eliminate them from appearing on the Mania card, as Johnny Gargano is also featured in the Battle Royal while having plans for Saturday night.
