Fan Throws Water Bottle At Natalya At WWE Crown Jewel

Unfortunately it seems that not everyone is happy to see women wrestling in Saudi Arabia, as a fan has thrown a bottle at Natalya during her entrance for her match with Lacey Evans.

Both women wore full bodysuits with large t-shirts to cover themselves up to keep with Saudi Arabian tradition, and on the whole, both women were cheered.

It’s a real shame that one fan felt the need to interfere in this way and hopefully they were dealt with by security at the stadium.

The match itself was won by Natalya, who locked Lacey in a sharpshooter after a very awkward match.

It was a shame how uncomfortable this felt to watch, and the cynic in everyone will say WWE didn’t care about women at all and this was just a PR stunt.

This was all made obvious at the end when the two women stood in the ring, held hands and hugged while Michael Cole reeled off PR nonsense for a while.

It’s difficult to know what to think after that match, but what we have to do is condemn the bottle throwing and hope it is never repeated.
