It has been announced that a mask mandate is now in effect which means all fans attending AEW Rampage this coming Friday must wear masks.
The show will be taking place at the United Center in Chicago, with over 14,000 tickets having already been sold.
Chicago city officials made the decision due to the average number of new daily COVID-19 cases rising to 400 this week.
There are no exceptions to the mandate regardless of vaccination status.
It also applies to other indoor venues such as gyms and restaurants in the area.
Friday’s AEW Rampage is being promoted as ‘The First Dance’ and if CM Punk doesn’t appear on the show Twitter is going to explode.
