A female WWE star has teased potentially entering the John Cena ‘Last Time is Now’ Tournament after its announcement last night.
The November 1 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event fans finally gave fans answers regarding WWE’s plans for John Cena’s final match in the company.
As announced by Cena himself during a vignette, a 16-man tournament to determine Cena’s final opponent will begin on the November 10 episode of Raw, and will feature stars from the red brand, SmackDown, NXT and even outside WWE.
While only male stars such as GUNTHER, The Miz, Carmelo Hayes and Rusev were shown in the vignette, WWE Raw star Bayley has taken to Twitter to seemingly register her own interest in entering.
Responding to Cena’s post addressing the tournament, Bayley asked:
Can women be in the tournament?
Cena has yet to respond to Bayley’s enquiry at the time of writing.
Bayley isn’t the only name who has thrown their name in the hat to compete in the tournament, with TNA’s Joe Hendry and Cena’s former rival Bishop Dyer (Baron Corbin) also teasing their interest in taking part.
Cena’s last match will take place on December 13 at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event in Washington D.C.
