The four way for the KOPW 2023 Championship bout has been determined at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17.
On today’s NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17 pre show, the company held their annual New Japan Ranbo.
The Ranbo is NJPW’s version of the Royal Rumble, which typically takes place during the pre show for their Tokyo Dome event.
This year like the past two editions, the Ranbo would end with the final four moving on to crown the first KOPW 2023 Provisional Champion tomorrow at New Year’s Dash.
The final four in this year’s Ranbo was the KOPW 2022 Provisional Champion Shingo Takagi, the KOPW 2020 and 2021 Provisional Champion Toru Yano, SHO and Great-O-Khan.
These four men will meet to crown the first official title holder of New Japan’s King of Pro Wrestling Provisional Championship.
We will have further updates on today’s NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17 event when they become available.
