The final viewership figures for this past Friday’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown on FOX have been officially revealed.
As per Showbuzz Daily, the show drew an average of 1.777 million viewers, which is the same as the overnight numbers that came out on Saturday.
It’s a decrease from the prior week’s average of 2.174 million, and is the lowest number the show has drawn on FOX since debuting on the network in October.
The show did however come in at joint #1 for the night in the important 18-49 demographic, and was also tied for #1 in 18-34.
The previous record low viewership for SmackDown on FOX was 1.919 million on May 1, so it’s quite the drop from that too.
Advertised prior to the show were a Matt Riddle interview, Sheamus’ ‘toast to Jeff Hardy’ segment, and AJ Styles defending the Intercontinental Title against Drew Gulak.
