The final viewership numbers for the September 4 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown on FOX have officially been revealed.
As per Showbuzz Daily, the post-Payback show drew an average of 2.129 million viewers.
That’s a decrease from the post-SummerSlam and pre-Payback episode a week earlier which drew 2.144 million viewers.
In terms of the important 18-49 demographic, the show drew a 0.6 rating, which is the same as the prior week.
It’s worth noting as we did through all last week that Nielsen now includes viewing that occurs outside the home such as bars and restaurants, which would contribute an increase.
Because of the Labor Day festivities the Raw ratings are delayed, and that’s why the SmackDown ones came out today instead of yesterday.
