
Friday’s episode of SmackDown served as the go-home show for WWE’s Fastlane pay per view. Now, we know the final viewership for the show.
Showbuzz Daily has reported the viewership figures for the show. The report states that SmackDown garnered an average of 2.093 million viewers. Additionally, the show brought in a 4.8 rating in the key 18-49 male demographic.
The show featured more buildup for the Fastlane pay per view with Edge defeating Jey Uso for the right to become the outside enforcer for the Universal Championship match at Fastlane.
The show also included a SmackDown Women’s Championship match as Sasha Banks was able to defeat Nia Jax to retain the title. This match saw Shayna Baszler cost her partner the title when she accidentally kicked her in the face.
