The final viewership numbers for the September 25, 2020 episode of WWE SmackDown on FOX have now officially been revealed.
As per Showbuzz Daily, the show drew an average of 2.110 million viewers. This is up from the overnight average which was 2.032 million.
It’s also an increase on the previous week’s show, which drew 2.037 million viewers.
In the important 18-49 demographic, the show drew a rating of 0.6, which was up from the prior week’s 0.5.
The show was the final SmackDown ahead of the September 27 Clash of Champions pay-per-view, so it featured the final build for the Universal Title match between Roman Reigns and Jey Uso.
Considering how well the main event of Clash went down, and just that this is the trend in general, a viewership increase for this coming Friday’s show is to be expected.
