Final WWE SmackDown Viewership For January 1 Revealed

The final viewership for this past Friday’s January 1 episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown on FOX has officially been revealed.

As per Showbuzz Daily, the show drew an average of 2.013 million viewers, which is down from the previous week’s December 25 viewership of 3.303 million.

In the important 18-49 demographic, the show got a rating of 0.53, which is down from Christmas Day’s 0.96.

WWE had promoted Big E vs Sami Zayn, Sasha Banks & Bianca Belair vs Bayley & Carmella, and Roman Reigns to address Kevin Owens prior to the show. At one point Seth Rollins returning was also advertised but that ended up being pulled.
