Final WWE SmackDown Viewership For January 22 Revealed

The ratings for the latest episode of Smackdown have been updated after Saturday’s overnight viewership numbers were amended.

Friday’s episode of Smackdown saw an average of 2.282 million viewers announced on Saturday morning. As per Showbuzz Daily, the viewership number has been updated to an average of 2.383 million viewers.

Not only is this up from the overnight viewership, this week’s rating was up from the previous week’s average viewership of 2.262 million.

Friday’s SmackDown drew a 0.63 rating in the key 18-49 demographic, a 0.78 rating for the 25-54, and a 0.34 rating for the 18-34 demographic.

For comparison, the previous week’s SmackDown drew a 0.67 rating in the 18-49 demographic, a 0.82 rating for the the 25-54 group, and a 0.36 rating for the 18-34 demographic.

This meant that Smackdown was tied #1 for the 18-34 demographic on network TV, alongside Shark Tank. The Friday show was #2 for the key 18-49 demographic, behind Shark Tank’s 0.82 rating.

Smackdown closed with a Paul Heyman vs. Adam Pearce segment, which also featured Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens. Other matches on the show included Sasha Banks vs. Reginald, and King Corbin vs. Dominik Mysterio.
