
Another of the rumoured matches for WrestleMania 35 has been announced tonight as Finn Balor won a handicap match to earn the right to challenge Bobby Lashley for his Intercontinental Championship.
It was revealed before Raw that Finn would have to defeat Lashley and Lio Rush in a rematch from Elimination Chamber in February to earn his ticket to the show of shows.

However Lio Rush announced that he was not medically cleared to compete and would be replaced by Jinder Mahal…
Why Mahal? Who knows. As expected, Finn would pin Mahal to earn the Mania match with the former TNA World Champion.

It is now official, Finn Balor and Bobby Lashley will be squaring off on the ”Grandest Stage of Them All”, but what is unclear is if we will be seeing regular Finn Balor or ‘The Demon’, who hasn’t appeared since SummerSlam 2018. Speculation began after WWE Network’s WrestleMania promotional image featured Balor donning his Demon attire.
