The first-ever WWE ID ‘showcase match’ has been announced for an upcoming independent show featuring a WWE star.
Yesterday, it was announced that current NXT Heritage Cup Champion Charlie Dempsey would be in action against former NXT star Timothy Thatcher at the upcoming WWN Supershow on December 15.
Today, it was announced that Charlie Dempsey’s appearance on the show won’t be the only WWE involvement on the show, as it was announced that the first-ever WWE ID ‘showcase match’ would take place on the show.
The participants in the match have not yet been announced, nor is it known if it will feature currently announced ID prospects, or names yet to be announced.
