First Planned Match For WWE Evolution 2025 Revealed

The first planned match for WWE Evolution 2025 has potentially been revealed.

On Sunday, July 13, WWE’s all women premium live event Evolution will return for the first time since 2018 and speculation has been mounting as to what matches we could potentially see take place.

While nothing has been announced yet by WWE, a new report from PWInsider Elite (via WrestlingNews.co) has now shed light on a major match that could be in the works.

According to the report WWE will begin setting up storylines for Evolution this week, with Jade Cargill mentioned as one star expected to be given a “big push” leading into it given that she’s local to Evolution’s host city – Atlanta.

While plans are subject to change, PWInsider noted that the early word is that a WrestleMania 41 rematch match between Naomi and Cargill will be happening on July 13.

Naomi recently mentioned that she wanted a rematch with Cargill after winning the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match on Saturday, before then moving on to cash-in her contract on current WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton.

Elsewhere in the report, PWInsider also mentioned that Nikki Bella will be “heavily involved” in Evolution – with the Hall of Famer set to return on tonight’s WWE Raw in Phoenix, AZ.
