We may have just had our first tease of a title belt set to be awarded to a winner of the AEW Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament.
Both the men’s and women’s tournament finals will take place at Double or Nothing, with Adam Cole vs Samoa Joe and Britt Baker vs Ruby Soho slated to determine the inaugural tournament winners.
Following reports that these winners will be receiving physical belts to commemorate their victories, championship belt maker Belts By Dan has shared a photo of a title sideplate on Twitter.
The sideplate features the Canadian flag, fuelling speculation that this new belt will be awarded to one of the AEW Owen Hart Tournament winners.
