VIDEO: First Trailer For ‘The Iron Claw’ Von Erich Biopic Released

The first official trailer for the upcoming Von Erichs biopic ‘The Iron Claw’ has been released.

A24 revealed the first teaser poster for the film last week, with the trailer being set to drop on October 11.

The movie is set to star Zac Efron as Kevin Von Erich, and be focused on the life of the legendary Von Erich family.

Jeremy Allen White, set to play Kerry Von Erich, previously noted that he gained 40 pounds of muscle ahead of filming.

The movie is slated for a December 22 release date. This may indicate that A24 believes that it will be an awards contender, with the movie dropping in prime awards season, when studios tend to drop movies that they believe will be in contention for major awards like the Oscars.

Several wrestling names will also be in the movie, including AEW World Champion MJF, who will star as Lance Von Erich.
