Five new WWE stars have now officially been added to the company’s roster after recently making their debuts.
Back at NXT Vengeance Day, a mysterious new quartet made their mark on the show, laying out NXT Tag Team Champions Fraxiom, Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura, and later also NXT Champion Oba Femi.
Following their debut, the group was revealed to be named DarkState, consisting of Dion Lennox, Osiris Griffin, Saquon Shugars and Cutler James.
The group have been terrorising NXT over the past few months, and the group have now officially been added to WWE’s roster page.
Another name added to the official roster is El Grande Americano, who today captured his first championship of his WWE career, defeating Dragon Lee to become the Speed Champion.
El Grande Americano’s description reads:
El Grande Americano is back to reclaim his title as the greatest luchador of all time.
Hailing from the Gulf of America, El Grande Americano quickly rose to the top of the industry and was the face of lucha libre for decades, but he was later blackballed by his jealous enemies. Or so he claims.
El Grande Americano disappeared without a trace but has now returned to bring glory and honor back to the sport he loves.
Triple H has commented on El Grande Americano’s Speed Championship victory, which you can see here.
