Former AEW World Tag Team Champion Frankie Kazarian says the company’s decision to break up SCU was “bad creative.”
After leaving All Elite Wrestling at the end of 2022, Frankie Kazarian returned to TNA Wrestling to start 2023.
Since then, Kazarian has been prominently featured on the TNA/IMPACT Wrestling roster, including headlining TNA Slammiversary 2024.
During his time in AEW, Kazarian was one third of the SCU faction with Christopher Daniels and Scorpio Sky. Kazarian and Sky were also the inaugural AEW World Tag Team Champions.
On July 22, Frankie Kazarian took to social media to respond to a fan who said they missed SCU. With the gif of Chris Jericho saying, “Stupid idea from bad creative,” he wrote:
